Description: I am listing a large number of antique and primitive tools. These were collected and owned by my father….most obtained in the late 1950’s. Obtained on his travels through the southeast upwards to New England. They were housed in a museum in North Carolina during the early 1970’s (I do not know the name) and have been stored in my barn since 1990. Many have the museum ID sticker/ stamp attached. Some do not. This listing is for a Nice 1-1/4" Bench Chisel by W. Butcher. It is cast Steel.Antique tool in found condition. Comes with some discoloration to metal parts, wear, and scratches to the oak wooden handle. Very Sharp. Made by W. Butcher Co.
