Description: This is a pre-owned ladies diamond heart pendant with 20 round diamonds set in a 10K yellow gold mounting and weighing 2.9 grams. It looks to be a carat tw but we have no certification of that. It has been cleaned but still may have scratches and nicks in the gold which is normal in a soft metal.
