Description: POSTER VIDEO STORE The Air Up There (1994) Kevin Bacon (ACCEPTABLE) Movie Film YEAR: 1994 * MANUALLY INSPECTED CONDITION * FOR THIS POSTER IS ACCEPTABLE HAS EDGE WEAR Posters with edge wear show signs of distress and mostly its from one side edge wear. The main problem is side edge wear. What is edge wear? Edge wear is like wrinkles or damage to one side of the poster from storage damage or from moving around in storage bins. Wrinkles or soft edges. They would ship these in like 50 rolled at a time and over time the edges would get wrinkled from movement or just storage. Some are very minor but most do have medium/heavy edge wear but we like to disclose all this as collectors ourselves. Some posters have small corner or edge rips but nothing more than an 1-2 inches or so. Not all but some do, we will try to post this after the titles above. --- How do I get rid of this edge wear? Framing The Poster Usually when you frame a poster, you can hide this edge wear with the frame's border if you get a frame that has a good border. Dry Mounting You can also try to dry mount these posters at a framing shop and that may take away the wrinkles or wear. Talk to a framing shop. Some are magicians. Cutting / Re-Cutting Some will 're-cut' the poster and make new firm edges, a frame shop can do this when framing using a big precise cutter but that's up to you to decide. We prefer to keep it original as we found them since these have already been stored for decades. But re-cutting out the bad stuff is a fast and good method used a lot in frame shops. Keep The Patina! Or just keep them in the condition you get them, the patina from these make them even more authentic. Also some people don't care about the wrinkles and at the price you are paying for 2 posters, it doesn't matter if you put them up as is for short term decoration or whatever. * * * * SIZE * Full size about (give or take) (23 to 27) inches by (34 to 40) inches They are usually 24 x 36 inches but they vary all the way up to 27 x 40. We just don't have time to measure each individual poster one by one but it's about 24 x 36 inches but please understand it can vary in size from that as they made posters back then in many sizes. It's not a mini poster that's for sure. Mini posters are about 11 x 17 or 16 x 20 and these are NOT mini posters. * * * * CONDITION * Again, these posters have some sort of issue, mostly edge wear on one side from storage but they are not completely gone or damaged. They are still acceptable to display or whatever you chose to do with them. In our other listings we have Very Good to Excellent posters individually inspected for sale that were one by one inspected as such in case you are looking for a Very Good or Excellent condition poster with very minimal wear if at all but of course those are higher priced. * * * * AUTHENTIC * GENUINE ORIGINAL. NOT HOME MADE OR A COPY OF A COPY. A LOT OF OTHERS SELLERS ARE SELLING COPIES OF POSTERS OR PRINTING THEM OUT FROM ONLINE IMAGES. BE CAREFUL. DON'T BUY COPIES! THESE ARE ORIGINALS FROM THE 90's.
