Card 18/62. According to Bulbapedia, the Fossil set was released in the US in October 1999. This IS a 1st edition card. This is NOT a holo. Condition: This is a nice card. No bends. Pretty good gloss. A little edgewear on the back. I would call this card “Very Light Play” to “Near Mint”. Use the zoom feature, check the pictures, and see what you think.
