Author Biography Anna Farmaki is Assistant Professor of Tourism Management at Cyprus University of Technology. She has published extensively in reputable peer-reviewed academic journals and has presented her work in various international conferences, seminars, and workshops. She is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK) and a member of the Management Committee in several COST Actions. Levent Altinay is Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at Oxford Brookes University Business School (UK). He is also the editor-in-chief of the Service Industries Journal, associate editor of the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, and part of the editorial boards of more than 12 journals including the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Services Marketing, and Journal of Service Theory and Practice. Prof. Altinay has co-authored strategic management, entrepreneurship, and research methods textbooks.Xavier Font is Professor of Sustainability Marketing at the University of Surrey (UK).
