Description: Pink Milk Glass, RARE Vintage Jeannette Glass Shell Pink Vanity Tray; Pink Milk Glass Tray, Mid Century Starburst Divided Tray In the late 1950's, for a short period, Jeannette produced a milk glass line in the company's most popular color of Shell Pink, it was milk glass with a rose tint. This particular piece is one of their creations, it measures 12 1/2" x 8" x 1 1/2", it is divided into 3 rectangles, the one larger division has a beautiful embossed elongated starburst and the other 2 smaller divisions have embossed starbursts, the whole piece is embellished with a beaded rim. The bottom of the piece does not have the divisions but the starburst patterns are there, it has a smooth surface and there are lines as shown in the photos but those are not evident on the other side, there is no mark of a manufacturer. This piece is in good vintage condition and makes for a nice tray for a vanity or dresser top.
