It hangs from a fancy pin that's about 1" across. The vintage presentation case has purple lining, about 3 1/2" x 2" and is marked inside (as shown). It has an easil to display the watch. You're getting these items just as I did, vintage condition, normal wear and patina from age and use, sold as found, watch is NOT running. Case is marked 800 inside, (for 800 silver).
