Description: This is ORIGINAL WWI RED ARMY HAT BUDYONOVKA (БУДЁНОВКА). This WINTER MODEL was approved by order of the RVSR (Revolutionary Military Council of the Republic) No. 322 of January 31, 1922 (see picture # 12). Helmet used but in good condition. Each parts is original.The helmet could be used in two versions. The first in folded form and the second - winter version in open form when the side parts of the helmet cover the ears and neck of a soldier (see picture). In the winter version, there are two buttons in front of the buttom of the face for holding. Each button is marked: " МОСКВА МОСШТАМП" - this is MOSCOW MOSSTAMP (see picture). Inside the helmet there is an stamp of the manufacturer: ".Ф..1..MOC..6493" ( see picture, MOC - this is MOSCOW ). And name of the owner: " Ан. Ребров" - this is An. Rebrov). At the front helmet has 2 stars. The first star - large of red material, this means that the owner of the helmet belonged to the Infantry. On top of a large star is a small metallic red star. This helmet is part of military history. I had made pictures that serve as an additional description.
