Description: Columbine is a stock character in the commedia dell’arte and her task is to make us laugh to tears. Doll is 100% handmade and one of my original designs.She is approximately 55 cm (22") tall, 31 cm (12") seated. Many hours and much love has gone into construction and design of this charming girl.Body, upper arms and legs are made from fabric stuffed with Hi-Loft polyester filling. Her head, lower arms and legs are made from Flumo, and finished by hand sanding, polishing, painting in watercolours and acrylics. A protective layer of varnish is then applied. Her arms and legs feature movable joints so she can change poses. Head is rotating. Her costume is made from velvet, cotton fabric, lace and ribbons. Her skirt and shoes are removeable. Her tambourine has bells.Chair and stand are not included.All my dolls arrive in a nice box tied with decorative string.Please keep in mind that this is not a toy, nor is it for a child. It is for decorative purposes only.Clean with soft brush. Don't wash and don't use water for cleaning. Keep away from hot surfaces and/or naked flame.Colours may be slightly different due to difference in monitors.Shipment will be made 2-3 days after cleared payment is received.Shipping will include insurance and a signature will be required upon delivery.
