From the package, the reference number is 064PP3032, produced in 2004 and is made for an Omega cal. 1111. I believe it's for the Bond-era 36mm Seamaster Professional 300m. Diameter: 25.8mmDistance between feet: 25mmFoot diameter: 0.6mm Please note that measurements are done to the best of my abilities with a caliper, so take some margin of error into consideration. ConditionThe dial has never been used, so it's spotless. At most it needs some careful cleaning with rodico to remove any microscopic dust or debris it has collected on the opened package. Lume pots are intact, and have ages into a light brown with spots of darker color, especially in the 6, 9, and 12 markers. It looks like tritium, both from the color and the fact that it charges bright with a UV light, but loses the charge very quickly.
