Description: For your review is this beautifully designed genuine antique English leaded stained glass window in a solid wood replacement frame. The frame was originally painted white & has some cosmetic markings. Easily repainted or any color of your choice. The window was made between 1900-1940. These lovely old windows are gradually being removed from homes in the UK & being shipped to the U.S. in large containers via cargo ship. This window was designed using a beautiful square ruby red piece of stained glass in the center, amber gold stained glass on the top & bottom of it & the very popular dark purple stained glass panels on the outside. As an added accent to the overall window, different distinctive glass textures were used: honeycomb, raindrop, wavy & chunky. Extra leading separating the glass panels definitely accents the overall look of the entire window. Absolutely beautiful in any type of light! This lovely window will definitely be the focal point of any room in your home. All of the glass is safe & secure in the frame. These windows are very sturdy & have been around many years, so it's not uncommon to see minor damage to some of the panes. There are a couple of hairline cracks on the purple stained glass panel on the left. See photo. These add character to the window, & do not detract from the overall beauty.
