Description: Up for your consideration is a hand painted Noritake Art Deco Lusterware Bowl/Dish with a pierced handle that measures 5 3/8" in diameter and is 1" tall. This striking and beautiful bowl has a flapper in the center feeding a parrot that is on a ring. I love all of the details on the flapper including the cloche hat with a curling feather! The bowl has scalloped edges which are outlined in black and is in a gold shiny luster. The colors on this piece are just spectacular! They are so bright and vivid for their age. This bowl is in good condition as there are no chips or cracks. The only flaw I can see is some minor gold luster loss as well as minor scratch marks that can only be seen under direct light. The bowl is marked with the green Noritake backstamp which does date back to 1918. This piece is a must for all of you Noritake collectors! Please make sure to visit my eBay store "Robin's Vintage Finds" as I have several other Noritake lusterware items listed. I love to combine shipping whenever possible in order to save you money.
