Description: This is the RARE DREAM dress, one of the museum to be Gunne Sax dresses ! ( If there was such a place !) The quality and detail is amazing!! I believe this BLACK dress is from the late 1970s early 1980s. This dress was purchased directly from Scott McClintock as part of a collection. It’s Deadstock with a plastic barb, seen in pictures, still attached, ( no hang tag). First there are three layers of tulle, a nylon under-slip and an outer layer of soft, black cotton-feeling lace. The nylon under-slip extends to the top of the dress and has just a bit of stretch for a more body form fit. The exaggerated shoulders have three layers of tulle, with an outer lace covering. Perfect for a formal occasion or whimsical outing! Sizing: This dress is labeled a size 10, which is a Misses size, and not a Junior size. The length of this dress from the shoulder to the bottom of the lace is 56”. Please refer to the chart in the last picture for additional measurements, highlighted in inches and centimeters.
