There are no markings on them as to who made them, or what they're made of. Based on appearance, they're probably ProComps, and they're probably made of the same Poly/Vinyl that everyone else uses. They're nice high-quality, thick material. Measurements: 11" long (as they lay on the table). Upper hole:1-1/4" inner, 1-5/8" outer. Lower hole: 2-1/4" inner, 2-1/2" outer. These are brand new, and have never been mounted to a vehicle. Only what is shown in the pictures is included (sorry, I don't have zip ties for them). As far as I know, these are, for the most part, universal- I have included measurements for your reference, and it is expected that anyone looking at this listing will check those measurements before ordering. I guarantee the parts will be received intact and usable. I cannot guarantee they will fit your vehicle. Colors may vary based on lighting.
