This old pawn Navajo sterling silver ring with a natural blue cabochon turquoise stone set in a smooth bezel was handcrafted by renowned artisan Fred Baca. A sterling silver traditional braided rope encircles the base of the stone. The dainty band is 2.1mm wide, culminating in a hand-sawed split shank. The turquoise stone measures 10.5mm long by 5.5mm wide. The back of the ring is stamped with Fred Baca's hallmark FB. This old pawn Native American sterling silver and turquoise ring handcrafted by Navajo artisan Fred Baca is in very good condition, as shown in the photos. It has some minor surface wear and age-appropriate oxidation. It has not been professionally cleaned so as not to compromise the beauty of the natural patina.
