Description: This is a combo relic display measuring 4x6. You get two relics from Napoleon! A piece of hair strand from Napoleon Bonaparte. It includes a copy of the source and hair comes from an auction Dominic Winter Auctioneers. I collect hair strands and locks from notable individuals and have decided to part ways with some of the strands and smaller pieces. The provenance of the hair comes from the famous collection of Margaretta Pierrepont, wife of Edward Pierrepont, president Ulysses S. Grant's procurator-general. Also included is a speck of leather from Napoleon’s worn leather trousers. A copy scan of certificate will be included as shown. The hair and leather speck are adhered to a 4x6 photo that is ready for framing. Frame not included. Hair strand measures approximately 3/4 of an inch.A copy scan of the certificate/provenance is provided as I own the original certificate/provenance paper acquiring the larger pieces. Smaller pieces from the collection of my larger pieces were used to make these photo displays, each containing authentic pieces. Therefore, copy scans of certificate/provenance are provided as shown on the listing's images. It would be impossible to provide the original certificate/provenance papers to every buyer.
