Use cold water to prevent shrinking. These gloves are 100% Cotton and can be washed in the washing machine (but as with all fabric items, hand washing will prolong the life of gloves). May shrink slightly after washing, especially if washed in hot water. We frequently use these gloves in our own warehouse product handling. We wash these gloves using bleach and have had good results (no additional shrinkage or color-fastness problems). Note: RE: PPE - these gloves are made of Cotton Fabric. They do not create an impervious barrier like latex or rubber work/medical-grade gloves. These gloves are not recommended for handling liquids or dangerous materials of any kind.
