I don't know if the broken hand has anything to do with it, but the mickey figure makes no motion or sound like it is trying to climb. Music in the sleigh works. There are extra lamps in the box - some of the lamps currently installed do not work. See pictures for details & condition Sold as-is for parts or repair. If you are just wanting this for lights and display it could be glued back together easily. If you want it to climb it will need repaired.
