Description: Mint, Rare & Exceptional Owens Opalesce Inlaid Vase, 10”, Former Hahn Collection & in his book This Vase was made in 1905 by the Owens Pottery and is part of their VERY RARE Opalesce Inlaid line. Note: it is the exact same piece of pottery Frank Hahn Photographed for his Owens Book, item #154 on page 85. This is the best condition of this specific pottery line I have ever seen with no defects or repairs. I acquired this vase from Frank Hahn in 2001 along with others from his collection. This pot has the “Frank Hahn” #6 white inventory sticker he placed on items he owed but was not anticipating on selling. Note, this pottery line is as rare as it gets. I am deaccessioning select pottery from my Owens collection as it will not be included in the next J.B. Owens Pottery Book and it is time to set it free. I use plenty of bubble wrap and Styrofoam peanuts during packing to ensure each item arrives in the same condition I shipped it. I also require each item be fully insured by the USPS mail service. See other auctions for additional pottery. Contact me if you have any questions on this piece of pottery.
