It can be used to play VR games standalone but can be tethered to a PC wirelessly or via USB-C. The console and controllers are both in excellent condition with very little wear from use. The removable face cushion has a small tear that will not affect it's function. Please see pictures for more information regarding condition. We ship fast and securely!
