Description: This is a lovely original oil painting on traditional stretched canvas. Arial Suek, is the artist. As I understand the history of this painting, the artist was very young and still in high school when it was painted. The subject of this painting seems almost prophetic when one considers the progress of the artist's young life. She has chosen, 'Life's Roads' very well--so it seems to me. Approximately 10 years from the time this painting was crafted, she is a law school graduate, and is using that knowledge in active community service. It all looks like many well made decisions in navigating the roads of life... In our world this painting seems to sum it up life very well. It is a simple message on canvas. Change or being lost (dead ends) happen with many decisions or life events. Thankfully, the road is usually long, and reverse (or course correction) is nearly always an option. That is my own subjective and limited view of this thought provoking painting. All that said, it is a well crafted painting and the condition is excellent. The painting is a thick canvas about 1 1/4 inches in thickness, designed to be frame-less and to stand proud of the wall. It measures: 15 1/4 inches across, and 15 1/4 inches in height.
