Description: This is an almost complete listing of the Sanctum Sanctorum set 76218. It is missing the Spider-man that originally comes with this set. It does include a Spider-man, however. There is an extra Ebony Maw minifigure included as well. I am not the original owner. The instruction manuals, specifically the first one, are not in mint condition. Refer to pictures above regarding the condition. Everything else is allegedly included. I say allegedly because I was led to believe this was 100% complete when I bought this off of a seller on Bricklink. I paid much more than what I'm asking for. There was 1 fake brick I found, but I am not entirely sure if there were more, as I stopped midway through building it. It should be minimal at best. Everything else was legitimate. There was some grime to some pieces that I managed to clean off. Some may still be there.The original owner also included extra pieces that were used to elevate the building off of the base plate, so I will include those as well.
