They are what make a TAIL strop so very effective for stropping a knife.These are from the tip of the tail. Each one is approx. 300mm long, some are slightly shorter. Width varies from offcut to offcut, as you can appreciate from the photo.Ideal & easy for making a strop by glueing to anything firm.Approx. 1.1 mm thick. Unlike some suppliers, we freeze our hides (rather than use fortified hide salt) at the point of harvest in order to avoid preservative chemicals.
