After her success in the mid-50’s in her first Broadway show, “The Boyfriend,” Julie was signed to a contract to RCA Records and this LP titled “The Lass With the Delicate Air” is one fruit of that agreement. It contains some of her favorite songs including “London Pride” and “Canterbury Fair” and is in Excellent (E) condition. Julie signed the cover of the album in black ink after a performance of her second Broadway triumph, “My Fair Lady,” for a then young fan, whose vast Andrews collection of memorabilia has fortunately been consigned to us. PLEASE NOTE: the signature has faded somewhat, which is really no surprise given that the LP is now over 65 years old. That is why we’re offering it at a reduced price.
