Description: 1970's Lord of the rings paperback box set. The box is in good condition with some wear and tear. The Hobbit is not original to the box set. It is an earlier printing from 1975. The other books are from 1977. This set did include The Hobbit originally, but it will not fit in the box anymore. These books swell over time and only 3 will fit now. You can see The Hobbit has more wear and tear than the others. The pages have yellowed much more too. The Hobbit has matching cover art, but you can see the price difference.
