This is a cut-out style, solid brass buckle, made in Taiwan by Aminco in the 1980s. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and some wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 3" x 1-5/8", it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and it weighs about 2.6 oz.
