Bernal's name is not on the silkscreen. BIOGRAPHY: A painter and graphic artist, Isabel Bernal was born in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico in 1935. This silkscreen is part of art collections at the University of Puerto Rico and the National Museum of American History in Washington, D.C.
