iRobot Roomba j7+ plus Self-Emptying Robotic Vacuum Cleaner

Description: Great working condition, normal cosmetic wear, well maintained Coming from a pet free and smoke free home. Used pretty much every other day since December 9th 2021. Original battery used to be 2+ hours but degraded in first 2 years to 1 hour and robot was doing my 1100sqft in 8 hours which was very frustrating, 4hrs vacuuming and 4hrs charging. After looking for a very long time, last April I came across and upgraded to a larger aftermarket battery, robot finished the 1100sqft in less than 3 hours without the need to charge in the middle of the scheduled job. Also noticed it goes around obstacles much easier after battery upgrade. After some testing, larger battery seems to operate for 4+ hours straight. Depends how complex your map is. iRobot has set the charging timeout for 4 hours for the original battery, however the aftermarket battery doesn't get fully charged in 4 hours and will throw an error saying "battery not detected" which initially happened to me, since this battery is larger capacity than OEM battery, almost twice, and takes longer to charge, I found a work around by putting a short scheduled job in the middle of charging time, this way charge timer resets and battery gets fully charged without error in 2 charging cycles. 1100sqft was discharging the battery to about 25% and charge time was more than 4 hours, so I scheduled a short job 6 hours after the 1100sqft cleaning was scheduled. 1100sqft job was at 8am, would finish around 11am, 3 hours charging, short job at 2pm, continued charging until fully charged. If your space is smaller and not running the battery less than %50 there's no need to do this trick. Most people think this high capacity battery is bad when not detected but it's actually a software limit on the robot firmware. I used it until June with the larger battery and had zero issues. Everything is tested and cleaned as much as possible. Comes with all the goodies you see in the photos.
