Description: Description This is for a hp 3478A bench top digital multimeter with 5.5 digit display. Condition It powers on, and functions correctly. It is shown measuring a 2.4k ohm 1% resistor, and a 9v battery. While I can't guarantee calibration, it agrees closely with my other meters, including another 3478A. The case has scuffs, and scratches, but nothing that will affect functionality. The lithium memory backup battery which saves the calibration data has been replaced with a brand new, fresh Panasonic battery. The calibration data was backed up via GPIB, will be available to the buyer. In the box You will receive the DMM shown.
