All items are despatched to your home or work address by Royal Mail depending on size and value, within two working days once payment has been received. We always endeavour to send items out free of carriage but due to the charges we incur this is not always possible. Payment We prefer payment by PayPal as it secure and easy to use but we can also take card payments or even Bank Transfers if you wish. Shipping We mainly use Royal Mail and Parcelforce to ship our orders as they collect from us every day at 4pm. All the orders are recorded when they are collected in order we can prove they have been shipped, this information can be supplied if requested. Tracking numbers are updated when tracked or next day is chosen. We endeavour to ship everything within one working day but sometimes this can take an extra day. Delivery to specific areas Please note that some areas we are unable to deliver to due to them been classed as "out of area" such as off shore islands and remote areas. If this is the case we will inform you and immediately issue a refund. Returns Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the receipt of an item. Our returns procedure Please follow the eBay returns procedure if you need to return the item for a refund.
