Description: The book definitely has some wear issues from age. The cover has scratches and places where the color is messed up and it’s tattered around the corners and edges, along with stains in various places. The cover has some tears in it as well. The front couple of pages is coming loose at the binding at the top. The book is complete and I don’t see any writing in it. The pages are discolored from age, and there may be a stain here and there, and the corners may be bent in places. See pics for close out details of condition.
