Description: Used HARTMANN 24” Garment Bag In classic hand-finished all-natural undyed Belting Leather treated at manufacturing with vegetable oil only. Made in Tennessee, USA (Kind of the “holy grail” of the luxury traveler before the new modern era of nylons and roller-wheels…) This piece is vintage early-1990’s quality, when Hartmann still backed a true lifetime warranty, and their products were built to withstand world travel. The leather is in beautiful worn but still strong condition, with an aged patina, on most of the bag. ~~PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR VISUAL DESCRIPTION~~ The exception to perfection is that the front pockets fell victim to a shampoo incident, leaving a dark spot that was scrubbed with warm water and a soft cloth. But it still seems to have left a lingering dark patch which, with enough further gentle cleaning, it will be restored to a beautiful overall patina, as is the goal with this type of leather! The other side of the bag has one definable scratch… adding to character. The interior is immaculate, as are the pocket inners. Hook is in good shape, and the strap is as well! Very Good Used Condition, with tons of miles left on it, and a visual of tons of miles in its past, although it was only sparsely used!
