Description: Handmade Knife Mirror Finished - Hand Forged EDC Knife / Bush Knife /40 Hours of Work.This custom handmade knife was hand-forged in my personal shop. 40 hours or more worth of blood, sweat, and tears went into this one-off, completely unique, fixed blade, custom knife. I will not recoup my investment on this piece.Perfect for Every Day Carry in it's very own custom stitched leather sheath with button snap retaining strap, belt loop, and ferro rod for fire starting.Blade has been painstakingly hand sanded with 150 grit sandpaper, 220 grit, 320 grit, 600 grit, 800 grit, 1500 grit, 2500 grit, then polished with 6 different super fine polishing pads, and finally buffed to a mirror finish you can see yourself in.• Made from Handforged 1095 Hi-Carbon Steel• Razor sharp edge is sharp enough to shave with, and tough enough to withstand heavy use.• Custom shaped four finger grip hardwood handle.• Knife handle features a guard to prevent accidental slips.• Full Tang Knife with 1/4" aluminum rod tang pins, polished to mirror finish, glued with 100% Hot Hide Glue, for a super secure, watertight handle.• Blade was normalized 3 times, then hardened in forge until non-magnetic, then tempered at 400°F for 2 - 2 hour sessions.• Handle stained with Dark Red Mahogany Stain, and sealed with Lemon Oil.• Paracord leash attached to handle.Blade Measures:• 4 inches long• 1.6 inches wide• .125 inches thickHandle Measures:• 4.1 inches long• 1.3 inches wide• .55 inches thickFull Knife Measures:• 8.1 inches longSheath made of high quality, super soft cow leather, hand stitched with my speedy stitcher sewing awl.
