Description: This is a Genesis bundle of both volumes in the Archive series. After the release of Calling All Stations in 1997, the group assembled recordings from their history for release which involved the participation of former members Peter Gabriel, Anthony Phillips, Steve Hackett and Phil Collins, which culminated in the release of Vol.1 of the archives in 1998. Covers the years 1967-1975. The set includes previously unreleased studio, live and demo tracks, some of which include re-recorded vocals and guitar parts from Gabriel and Hackett respectively. Includes an 81 page booklet with a great history of the early years and plenty of photos. Vol. 2 is the follow-up that was released in 2000. This set covers the band's history post 1975, when drummer Phil Collins replaced original lead singer Peter Gabriel. Includes a 65 page booklet with photos and history of those follow-up years. Both sets were bought new, played once. Everything is in near mint to mint condition.
