The CNC machined chainring provides a surface with no gaps which reduces drag and improves aerodynamics. Garbaruk chainrings also use taller chainring teeth and a narrow wide tooth profile which reduces chain drop. The chainring teeth have chamfered edges to allow mud and debris to more easily clear. This 1x chainring is made from 7075-T6 aluminum, making it both lightweight and stiff.
