Made in India. 100% cotton shell, 70% polyester, 30% acrylic Sherpa collar, plaid 100% cotton lining with 100% polyester filler/insulation. I bought this vest last year new without tags off of eBay and tried it on once over a long sleeve shirt inside the house, but have as many vests already. It has similar dimensions and looks to the Iron Heart York Western vest. There are light signs of wear, including areas that have already began to fade from being folded and/or general handling.
