These are very collectable in the gaming community as it not only shows images of the games & figures advertised but stories & how to paint the figures & surroundings like buildings & battlegrounds in some magazines. This is in used condition so may have small bits of damage to the edges / corners of the magazine as this also can happen in the shop before buying.
