Description: Fisher MT-6010 Turntable - WORKS - MISSING COUNTER WEIGHT - READ DESC Unit powers on and spins, while the belt absolutely needs replacing it surprisingly had enough life left in it to spin the table pretty decently. The unit is missing it's counter weight, so I wasn't able to fully properly test the cartridge/stylus without it trying to slide down the record. However, by just holding the turntable arm in place and letting the record spin I am able to confirm that the stylus did indeed actually play the record, and with relatively little noise/static. I think the stylus likely old enough that it should be replaced, but is probably still in working condition. The cosmetic condition of the unit is pretty good overall, with light scratching throughout the dust cover, and rust on the hinges, but no major damage anywhere on the unit. The unit also appears to have an after market power cable attached, and has no pitchfork on the ground wire (which might be standard for these units, I'm not sure).
