Description: Fantastic Four Vol 1 #62 (1967): First Blastaar - Kirby Art - Well-Read Book! I've owned this book for nearly forty years and it has been stored in smoke and pet - free environments for that entire time.It is complete, has good color and decent cover gloss.The interior pages are supple and OW and the staples are clean. It has never been pressed. It does have handling, storage and age - related defects :- spine shows numerous transverse creases which break color and some color loss along spine's crease. - L corners are abraded while R ones are rounded/creased.- diagonal crease in lower R quadrant of cover.- pencil marks on "F" of "Fantastic" and very light "feeder" marks below that "F".- dent under "F" in "Four".- top edge bend due to over-covering and ragged trim along R edge.- staple pull at top staple and centerfold partially detached at top staple- BC shows tanning, several 1-2mm tears along top edge and a moisture stain on top edge which also has a minor affect on several interior pages. Overall, it's a complete and collectible copy. Use the photos and your judgement to determine grade/condition as I'm not an expert in comic grading.
