Description: EX ROBERT 'MOUSEMAN' THOMPSON CRAFTSMAN, PETER 'RABBITMAN' HEAP, CHEESE BOARD A really sweet little Peter 'Rabbitman' Heap cheese board. Peter Heap was one of Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson's craftsmen. He set up his own workshop and adopted the rabbit as his signature. The cheese board has been beautifully hand carved, it is a lovely light oak colour, and it is in perfect condition with no damage. It does not appear to have been used as a cheese board, it looks like it has just been a display piece. The little rabbit signature has been carved to one side. It measures 20.5 cm x 20.5 cm x 2.5 cm, so a small board, perfect for the dinner table to serve your cheese and crackers or other nibbles.
