Description: This is a handmade deer plaque to mount your European style whitetail Deer skull. It is stained in dark walnut and then gets three coats of satin poly. The size is basically 7-1/4” wide by 15” long. It’s solid pine. Also included is a sawtooth hanger for the wall on the back. You get the plaque in the SECOND picture . The first picture is a deer I shot last fall with one of our plaques. I included some pictures of how we mounted my skull to the plaque. I drilled a hole down from the top of the plaque about 3” down then drilled a hole in the back of the deer skull. I also put a piece of cardboard on the front of the plaque so I wouldn’t scratch it while I was mounting the skull to the plaque. That’s a little helpful tip for you!!
