The couture looks Tiffa Novoa designed spawned an entire fashion culture. One can still see her influence at every festival in the U.S.. Her work was featured in a Smithsonian Museum exhibit titled, No Spectators: The Art of Burning Man. This jacket was at Paris Fashion Week in 2007, and I bought the sample directly from the designer.
