Description: EL GENERAL 1901 LEATHER POINTED TOE ALLIGATOR COWBOY BOOTS Size US 7.5 Mex 26.5 Back in the day these were called “roach stompers” because it was said the toes are so pointy that a cowboy could kill a cockroach in the corner of the room with the toe of his boot. Actually, this style is incredibly popular, especially for dancing, nowadays. All jokes aside these are beautiful boots. The vamps are made from the ivory colored alligator skin. The larger tiles run down the instep and are covering the heel counters. The toes are very pointy. The shafts are made from rich brown distressed leather. There is a VERY intricate feather stitching design done in ivory thread, plus an embroidered eagle on both the fronts and backs of each boot. There are nice gray leather pull tabs on the top to help you pull them on. These have an overlay of ivory alligator. The soles and heels are all leather, are hand-pegged and have no holes, rips or tears of any kind. The cowboy walking heel stands 1-1/2 inches.
