Description: Denise Calla VTG 10 1/2" resin Nick in the Box. Manufactured by House of Hatten in 1988 from one of my original wood carvings. I designed the piece to have the look of a well loved antique toy, has a crank sticking out of the side. Painted in my signature folk art antiqued finish. He's part of my personal private collection, has been packed away, has been well cared for so it's very clean and in excellent condition. HERES A LITTLE KNOWN FACT........TO MY COLLECTORS: the original wood carving that this resin piece was reproduced from was destroyed in a fire in the Philippines in1991. So production of this design was discontinued. So those of you who have this little guy in your collection, a very limited quantity was ever made so he's actually pretty rare, which makes him special.
