This comes with the collector, the debris shield (twist and turn to lock) and the optional bird spikes. It is almost new and I am selling because I am installing the rain gauge heater, and this requires the use of the older model rain collector (if you are planning on installing the rain gauge heater, do not purchase). Please note - this item has the tabbed bottom that fits into the Davis Vantage Pro2 twist lock base (photo 2 above). This item ships free to the continental U.S.
