Matted for a beautiful shine free finish. Made in a smoke free home. Not recommended for children under 13. ROOTING IS AVAILABLE FOR ADDITIONAL $100 Will include outfit, diaper, pacifier, blanket, bottle and headband for girls. Please allow up to four weeks for painting and rooting.
