Description: C.T. Altwasser Carl Tielsch serving plate c1909-1934 makers mark. This is a gorgeous handpainted serving plate with white and pink roses and gold edges. The condition is very good, there are no chips, cracks, crazing or stains and only minor color loss on the gold edges. There is a production flaw on one of the leaves on the upper pink rose (please see pictures). (ASHE)
