Description: This auction is for an approximately 2" x 3" cut autographed by Joseph “Fightin’ Joe” Wheeler, who served with the United States Army before entering the Confederate army at the onset of the Civil War. After the war, he served Alabama in the US Congress before volunteering for the US during the Spanish-American War. The cut is signed and dated (“1899”) in black ink and is authenticated and encapsulated by PSA DNA. Please see pics. Don’t miss out!
