The piece premiered at His Majesty's Theatre in London on 3 August 1916 and ran for five years. The performer’s costumes were designed by Percy Anderson. 9” x 12” and 36 pages. 10 single page and a double page color centerfold. The covers do have some edge and corner wear. The spine is weak.
