I had the good fortune of working Blind Melon on tour in 1993 when they were out with John Mellencamp, however I was able to see them 4 times in 1992 in Chicago at the Metro and Aragon Ballroom. Such a great band and super cool guys. I'll include a couple passes as well from the Mellencamp shows in 1993 hat I have stored. Would look great framed up with the CD. Great story about this famous cover: Blind Melon's cover art is based on a 1975 photograph of Georgia Graham, Glen Graham's younger sister, in a bee costume at a "long-ago" school play. “We were all sitting around in the living room and that picture just jumped out at us. Someone jokingly said, ‘That would make a great album cover. The cover art further inspired the concept of the 'Bee Girl' character in the band's video for "No Rain". Blind Melon was such a great band, and their Self Tiled Album came out it was on heavy rotation on the radio and in my car and home! Shannon Hoon was outstanding and everyone in that band was great! They were indeed a band that made an impression. Gifted musicians and outstanding live performers! Here is your chance to own a great piece of rock & roll history! I can't decide whether or not I want to frame this piece for myself or simply get it into the hands of another true fan. Undoubtedly, one of the greatest rock guitarists of our time and who's music speaks to multiple generations. I am going to offer this up for sale and in the event, it does not sell in short order, I may just pull it and frame it up to hang in my Manhattan residence.
